I was assured by the service manager they would be and then he refused to cover them. I also asked for him to give me a call back to discuss on a Monday morning and he called Tuesday afternoon and left a message that he would be out until Thursday and maybe we could touch base then. I decided to turn my lease in and move on due to the unethical and unprofessional behavior regarding the issue with the liftgate. Jess in sales was great. She was helpful and resolved my issues quickly. More
