This dealership was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I came into Westborough Toyota hoping to not feel taken advantage of but was disappointed to find that that’s I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I came into Westborough Toyota hoping to not feel taken advantage of but was disappointed to find that that’s exactly what happened. Everything went smoothly until I brought it home and was able to drive over 50 mph on the highway where I realized that the whole front end was shaking. This was due to the terrible tires that they tried to get away when selling the car. I then checked the engine with my father who noticed a cracked windshield, and a rats nest in the engine. The brakes were also more than halfway worn. The only thing they agreed to fix was the tires which they took off another 4 runner. When I approached the dealership sales manager to ask how he could of charged me over 900 dollars for a “ready car fee” despite all of these issues being wrong he said “it’s not my problem” his name is Tony. I then was told I needed to go to service where Alfredo was somewhat helpful but only fixed the biggest issue being the tires. The service associate I worked with John told me over the phone that my father was dramatic due to all of the complaints. No one here takes accountability. The cherry on top was when I told them not to put an inspection sticker on based on the untruthful behavior I had already experienced. I showed up to get my car and was told “no one told me”. I had not only told the sales associate and the service associate but written in text messages. I’m disgusted with the issues that I’m still having with the car. They called me after I had written a review that they sent me to fill out received an “apology” phone call and wasn’t offered any services to fix the issues or to compensate the money that was wrongfully owed. My car wasn’t ready in the slightest when I drove it off the lot. When I went back to address the issues the sales manager told me “it’s not my problem anymore”. I am super frustrated with how things were handled being told “it’s a used car”. However, it was new to me and it should have been ready for me. The communication here was also not great, I had asked for the service department to not do my inspection. Due to the issues that the car had and weren't addressed until I complained. However, when I went to pick it up the inspection had been done despite telling them not to do it. More

Very racist kind of behavior. It seems no one wants to do a business with non American communities. Pointing fingers so aggressively towards my wife and talking very loud. Worst car buying experience. Misrepresentation misleading unreliable bare minimum customer service if any. Presentation of the car was even aweful. Safety issues noted to be fixed and went as minimal as possible, chasing issues to be taken care of and simple important issues seem to be not to their concern. Salesman used certified safety inspection as a selling point with 160 multipoint inspection thinking it was pre certified and it wasn’t. Asked for the car fax and wasn’t given it until after I signed the papers while finance came over and was in my ear. I felt rushed pressured and I feel bad for anyone who services their car here and doesn’t buy brand new. Huge eye opener to a purchase of a 2 year old car. More

The service manager, Alfredo Lopes, destroys Toyota's reputation with NO care for his employees and creating a horrible customer experience. More
