Wasted a whole day off I Bring my car into get an all change it for someone to look at my navigation system I told the lady that I had already talk with you connect and they I Bring my car into get an all change it for someone to look at my navigation system I told the lady that I had already talk with you connect and they told me to bring it to the dealer because it was under warranty when I got there I told the lady she told me that she could not Bring my car into get an all change it for someone to look at my navigation system I told the lady that I had already talk with you connect and they told me to bring it to the dealer because it was under warranty when I got there I told the lady she told me that she Will not be able to help me that I would need to call uconnect back business I took a day off of work just to get all that taken care of only to find out from uconnect that it was the dealer they needed to take care of the problem so when I call back I talk to someone different and they tell me that you guys would fix it for me and it was still under warranty the problem is it’s hard for me to get a day off during the week to get my car looked at because I don’t have transportation back to work now I had to take another day off from work just to get my car looked at because the girl tell me that you guys cannot help me while I was there that day after take no off work I’ve never had a problem with you guys before but this was kind of upsetting only for the fact that I had to take off work when I get my car looked at More
