He didn't try to persuade to buy a car a that was more expensive, he helped me be more sure of the car I wanted. He offered a test drive, helped me manage the technology, he even offered to set up the Bluetooth. The negotiating was smooth, he listened to what I wanted and gave me as much as he could.
