Always a great experience going to this service department. After decades of sub-par service attentions, this is refreshing. I have been pleased with every service department interaction. They have actually gone above and beyond for me. This time I dealt with Mike but my interactions with Alexis have been good to. The dealership over all has been great with one exception. When we purchased our vehicle we purchased a lifetime warranty through the dealership. When my wife took our car in for a recall and to re exception. When we purchased our vehicle we purchased a lifetime warranty through the dealership. When my wife took our car in for a recall and to repair a light that had fallen out of the mirror she was charged over a $100.00 for that service. After she left I called the dealership and asked why she was charged the gentleman I talked to said he would check on it and call me back. It’s been 4 days with no return call. More

This was my first visit to Mark Allen in Collinsville, based on exceptional customer service I received in the past from Alexis. Every person from Scheduling (Alexis) through payment (Tracy) was top notch based on exceptional customer service I received in the past from Alexis.
