We took a few test drives over a couple of years and when another lease was ending, I test drove an Equinox EV and was very impressed. Alexis worked with the owner Scott to offer me a compelling lease and I got a loaded and black black black RS. Even the tires are black. Anyway, this is just a shout out to Alexis for the pleasant experience, her owner Scott, and the finance manager Preston. They let me go at my own pace and took good care of me. Sonoma is such a beautiful town, too. Come for a Chevy, stay for dinner, and wish you lived there. More

Without question, the service department is one of the worst experiences I have had. Consistent, systematic errors in communicating with customers, setting poor expectations, and disappointing in both ti worst experiences I have had. Having owned an independent car repair shop for 20 years, it is hard to fathom the lack of customer focus and attention to detail. As an Operations engineer, I highly recommend consulting an expert to script a desirable customer journey and modernize both check-in amd check-out procedures.
