We purchased a mini recently with Alexandra’s help. We reached out initially by email, she is very responsive and provided all information that I have asked for (while most of the dealers would prefer We reached out initially by email, she is very responsive and provided all information that I have asked for (while most of the dealers would prefer to get you on a call). We ordered the car and it took couple months to get it, she always kept us updated on the status. When we came in to pick up the car, the process was very smooth and simple! As the first time mini owners, we had lots for questions, she is very patient and walked us through all functions in details. It’s a great experience working with her, I would recommend anyone who want to buy a mini from Ramsey dealer working with her! More

Such a pleasant buying experience, my sales person Alexandra was so nice and helpful! Even though the car I was purchasing was not a Mini, she treated me like any other customer. I came from over two Alexandra was so nice and helpful! Even though the car I was purchasing was not a Mini, she treated me like any other customer. I came from over two hours away to look at the car and they made every step of the way a breeze. I never felt pressured at any point in the process. Everyone was very nice and professional to deal with !!! Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a Mini or anything else that catches your eye at their dealership. More
