When this was Beasley Hyundai. I bought 3 cars there. Now the service lead times are over a month. The waiting area looks like a dump. Worst dealership experience in 40 years. Once you buy the car you will never hear from them again. Have tried to get service for 3 months and when you call they tell you to use the website which does not seem to work and is offering appointments i Have tried to get service for 3 months and when you call they tell you to use the website which does not seem to work and is offering appointments in September as of today. Never got license plates and every time I call they promise to call back and have never done so once for ANYTHING. I get pulled over by DPS often because I have no plates. Most times when you call you will go on-hold. About half the time I was put on hold the line dropped at exactly 2 minutes. This is an appalling business who does not deserve your patronage and will not treat you nice at all. More
