I am not the easiest customer to work with. I can spot xx from a mile away. Chris knew that what I needed was transparency more than anything. And he provided that and more. I did not feel pressured, what we spoke over the phone was exactly what I received. Such a smooth transaction I forgot I was at a dealership. All my questions and concerns were clarified with such patience. I tried to catch them in a lie and couldn’t. lol Extemely pleased with the experience! 10/10 would recommend Deland Kia and Chris to EVERYBODY.
