Reuben was the salesperson that worked with me like a friend would that was very knowledgeable in the vehicles and really wanted to help you find what you want, even if you're not 100% sure what you want. Yes he makes you feel that comfortable and has great ideas on how to compare models, trims, etc that makes it easy to decide. He gave me as much time and space as I wanted to check out the different vehicles and that is really important to me not to fell rushed. This was the same demeanor through the buying process witheveryone. From the moment you walk in the door at this dealership you feel welcome and like you belong. Everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful. One week later I returned to pickup my truck after having some aftermarket accessory work performed. Michael Krantz, the internet manager that assigned Reuben to me saw me, addressed me by name like he had known me for years. Reuben also saw me and greeted me the same way. Both wanted to make know how things are going witht he new truck. Simply said if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Reuben! More

Rob Forgy was great This is my 3rd F-150, my first time purchasing from Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. This has been the best of all experiences by far. Rob Forgy was great to deal with; quick to respond, respectful, fair and honest. My wife had done much of the shopping and negotiation while I was out of town as she was trying to surprise me; she typically drives luxury cars (Infiniti, Mercedes, etc.) because of the service and she absolutely raved about Rob's customer service and work ethic. Brandon worked very hard to get us the best deal possible on financing and was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We closed the deal and were very pleased with how the financing ended up. Alex was very helpful and responsive about some key extras that we added to the F-150. She got a sense of what was important to us, with no pressure or over-selling, and made it happen. Again, an overall great experience and would highly recommend Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton. More

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Reuben in less then 2 years. He sold my husband a 2015 Mustang before they were in stock. We called Reuben and told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and he presented us with all the options once we got to the dealership. He does not pressure you into buying something you do not want or need. Reuben makes buying a new car fun instead of a hassle. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to get you the deal you want. We will continue to buy vehicles from him as long as we both are around. Five Star Ford has an honest, respectful gem in Reuben Krause. More
