Before I went I call in to get a part reprogram the dude who help me named cris or sum said was gonna be 500$ and I told him to get me next week and he did so I went next week and he wanted to charge 700 j who help me named cris or sum said was gonna be 500$ and I told him to get me next week and he did so I went next week and he wanted to charge 700 just to take off the bumper and to put the new part which was to over priced for me bc and he said they were gonna take 3 hours js to take the bumper off si I try talking to him about the price and he said “I don’t want to argue” when i was trying to talk things bc it was to overpriced and I thought I wasn’t fair so the experience with him was very poor and upset because he didn’t try to help me out or try to talk things through idk if he’s a bad day but that is not a cool way on trying to help out customer with their car. More

Needed to replace a OEM command system which is no longer available through Mercedes. Had to buy a used one online. Mark made sure I was able to get the correct codes to salivate the system. It took me a available through Mercedes. Had to buy a used one online. Mark made sure I was able to get the correct codes to salivate the system. It took me a while to get this information and Mark and the tech were very patient and supportive in assisting me getting this. We were all pleasantly surprised that we were able to get all the functions of the radio working. Thank you very much More
