Bad representation, lied, have no prestige, don't own up to their word, mislead, added extra warranty we didn't ask for, was push over and over to give more money for down payment, new was asked if we would to their word, mislead, added extra warranty we didn't ask for, was push over and over to give more money for down payment, new was asked if we would like to do a test drive.
