Very unprofessional staff. Lloyd was ok but he didn’t get the type of support from his manager that most dealerships appear to demonstrate. We drove 6 hours one Saturday to their dealership and the manager never came out and they never even evaluated our truck for trade in. Maybe they were very busy, I don’t know but we went to a GMC dealer here I. California and it was the exact opposite experience. More
