I am happy with the car we selected, and even the general salesman we worked with. My biggest complaint / concern lays with the sales manager, Lee. When I expressed interest in this car I insisted I wanted t salesman we worked with. My biggest complaint / concern lays with the sales manager, Lee. When I expressed interest in this car I insisted I wanted two keys because most used cars seem to only contain one for some reason. I was assured on the phone it was not an issue for this vehicle. When we checked out the car I expressed this need again and was informed it only had one key but he would get us a second key and even included it on the "owed to customer" paperwork. Then when we went to close the deal he suddenly said he could not get a second key but offered to reduce the vehicle price so I could go get one made. We agreed on a discounted "out the door" price and I even questioned him that it was the total price including tax, title and license. He assured me that was thr final price. We then went in with the finance guy and suddenly the car was about $1200 more than the agreed price. I complained and they brought Lee back in who stated he "mispoke" and the price he quoted did not include the tax, title and license. He further reduced the price but it was still about $600 over the original signed agreement. I have never before had a signed agreement and then had to renegotiate for a higher price at signing. Lee was very apologetic and admitted it was his fault in communicating wrongly to me but they refused to honor our original signed agreement. After spending 3 hours going through everything I went ahead and purchased. It was a "fair" price, just not a "great" price nor what we were promised. I understand mistakes sometimes happen, but when I explained to him to look at it through my eyes. I was promised keys that I never got, I was then promised a discount for the keys ans didn't get that either, and felt tricked they slid thr new price in without saying a word like they hoped I didn't catch it. He then offered to get me a full tank of gas which is obviously not worth $600 bucks. To add injury to insult we took possession of the car and got 20 minutes down the road and noticed he DID NOT fill the car up. It took longer than expected so we were running late and did not have time to turn around and complain. So not the best experience and it makes it hard for me to want to recommend this place to someone else. More
