These guys rock!! My salesman Alexander couldn't of been more helpful. When you work with the whole staff there's no stupid questions. My wife and I would only buy our cars here, actually our last 4 cars ha more helpful. When you work with the whole staff there's no stupid questions. My wife and I would only buy our cars here, actually our last 4 cars have been purchased here. Alexander is so thorough and kind, you never feel like your being played. I also need to give a shout out to the service team, the free oil changes are great but when your car needs brakes or anything else done they do not gouge you. Plus, they never try to sell you things you do not need. Very thorough and knowledgeable, I could not be happier. More

Worst customer experience. Avoid at all costs! Had the worst customer experience ever at Autopark Honda, Cary. 0 stars. Please avoid the sales consultants Alexander Jacobson and Tony Rogers. These Had the worst customer experience ever at Autopark Honda, Cary. 0 stars. Please avoid the sales consultants Alexander Jacobson and Tony Rogers. These 2 are not not fit be car sales people. Visited the showroom with my wife to enquire about 2020 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T trim. Initially he kept us waiting for a test drive for over 20 mins claiming the key to car was with a different salesperson. After waiting a few more minutes another salesperson walks up to us saying that the car keys are in the car itself. We should have known his incompetency right then and just walked out. But we stuck around only for Alexander Jacobson to claim that the 2.0T had a CVT. When I corrected him saying it has a 10 speed automatic, he and his buddy ganged up on us and started laughing and sneering at us for talking 'rubbish'. To top it off Alex started bragging that he has over 6 years experience as a sales consultant in Autopark dealership and that he can never be wrong. To prove his point he unwillingly took us to the cars parked on the lot in the dark cold weather and bossed us around and made us read out the specs on the car sticker in the night. One of the most egoistic person I have actually met my entire life. So proves he's not just a bad sales person who doesn't know how his job but a bad person in general who takes pleasure in bossing around and humiliating the customer. More

Hard to work with; false promises to get you in the store Alexander promise my wife amazing deals to get us in to come back and negotiate. He started his amazing deal at MSRP, then didn't want to budge. Whe Alexander promise my wife amazing deals to get us in to come back and negotiate. He started his amazing deal at MSRP, then didn't want to budge. When he finally did move, it was less than $1k. I asked him to please stop wasting our time. We were able to get a much better deal at another dealer without all of the hassle Alexander put us through. During the test drive, he was moderately helpful, but also had some communication issues, and was not strong at listening to what we actually wanted to know. He also brought around the wrong car for us to try. Alexander was polite, until the end when he was practically yelling at me, as he couldn't believe the deal another place had offered us. I'm sorry he wasted our time. More

Who would have thought buying a car could be so much FUN!!!! I took my 2014 Accord in for a service and ended up driving away with a new 2016. My husband and I thought we'd just look at the new cars while we wa I took my 2014 Accord in for a service and ended up driving away with a new 2016. My husband and I thought we'd just look at the new cars while we waited and soon began talking to Alexander Jacobson, Sales Consultant and Julianne (training) about the 2016 models. We laughed and joked with each other, and ate popcorn and drank hot chocolate, for the next couple of hours as we test drove, talked, and calculated payments. What is usually a totally nerve racking experience ended up being a really great time!! (Oh, I did have a free massage during the buying experience--- which helped keep me totally chilled !) More

This was our first trip ever to Au We are thrilled with our new 2016 Honda CRV, and it was great a buying experience, thanks to Alexander Jacobson. This was our first trip ever to Autopark, having learned about your reputation from friends and the internet. We have never owned a Honda before now, but absolutely loved our neighbor’s new CRV, loved the way it looks and drives. Mr. Jacobson met us at the door, showed us around, answered all of our questions with patience and humor. He was very patient with us, and it was obvious that he was being straight up and truthful when answering our questions. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience with all of the choices and options. We focused on the EX model and ended up buying the EX-L model, not because we were pushed into it, but because Alexander made us feel comfortable learning about the differences. When it came time to talk numbers he was very forthcoming and honest. He made this entire process enjoyable, and stayed with us from the first introduction all the way to the Simonize process a few days later. He is a very valuable asset to your company, and we will definitely recommend him to others without hesitation. More
