After our test drive, we asked about the next steps, and with no pressure, Ray guided us through the lengthy car-buying process. Having purchased a Mini from Niello, working with Ray, Louis, and ultimately, Alex, we were reminded we made the right decision to make the Atlas purchase from a Niello dealership. Following the purchase process, Ray took additional time to provide us a thorough introduction to the dash and primary features of the vehicle. There are so many options and features, Ray knew from his experience which features were necessary to cover and get us rolling. We highly recommend Niello VW, specifically Ray. As we get closer to replacing our Mini, it's very likely we'll visit Niello Mini to make that purchase.
