Shoutout to ALEXANDER and this HORRIBLE dealership for selling me a 2021 Dodge Ram with a RIDICULOUS influx of issues. I have had my truck for not even 2 months before needing a new battery, new transmiss selling me a 2021 Dodge Ram with a RIDICULOUS influx of issues. I have had my truck for not even 2 months before needing a new battery, new transmission, new brakes, 4 new tires, and more issues resulting in me spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS not to mention me getting absolutely screwed on an 18% APR. None of these issues were apparent when buying the truck which is a clear indicator they are WIPING CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS OUT OF THE TRUCKS COMPUTER (ILLEGAL). The sad part is that almost ALL of these parts are under warranty, yet the seller Alexander won't return my calls and dealership is telling me "our hands are tied" anytime I call trying to get some type of assistance as this is an absurd amount of money for me to be putting out for a relatively new truck that I already pay a LOT of money for. Being a previous general manager in sales for years, it was very easy for me to identify this dealership and their sales team as a bunch of blood xxxxxxx cockroaches who will absolutely BURY you financially for a quick commission check. Sick to my stomach writing this review and knowing I did business with these people, STAY CLEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! More

I went in to buy a 2019 pacifica. I saw the car and it had issues i was told the car will be certified and will have warranty after everything is fixed, I was looking at another pacif I saw the car and it had issues i was told the car will be certified and will have warranty after everything is fixed, I was looking at another pacifica same price and same mile but it had no issues. I was sold on the warranty and how the car was going to be perfect since it was going to certified. I came back to pick up the car a couple days later since the part that needed to be replaced was ordered, I took the car and before i got home the check engine light came on. I sent Justyn a message that same day with no reply. I then called the next day and Justyn told me i was going to get a call from service to get the issue fixed. I got a phone call from Alexander Bono and was told he will call me back to setup an appointment and he never called me back. (call was made on Friday) I have left multiple messages to Justyn and Alex and i have not receive a call back. Today is Friday and i still havnt received a call. This is very unprofessional. The part was $35 and it took 15 seconds to fix. (Brake positioning sensor) I will check again if the car has new codes since i dont trust the work that was done at your dealer. Brought in my car with electrical issue a d they run diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. After they installed it they then tell me the battery is also an diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. They never mentioned the battery was an issue before during the $200 diagnostic but after I already paid for the cluster they now say I need to pay an extra $300 for a new battery. I’ve called and texted the service advisor Alex who was helping and so far haven’t heard back about any sort of resolution and now I’m stuck with my car having the same issues as I had when I came in but I’m out over $2000 and no resolution.
