Roberto Aguilera was our salesman who was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He showed us vehicles that we were interested in and stayed with us all the way through the process of the knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He showed us vehicles that we were interested in and stayed with us all the way through the process of the sale right down to the end where he even programmed the Toyota App that allowed us the use the vehicle navigation feature to guide us home to Hudson Fl. We inquired by phone about a few vehicles that were listed on their website and were referred to Alex Alvarado(Sales Manager). Alex convinced us to make the 1 1/2 hour drive assuring us that he would be able to find the right vehicle at the right price range. Once we explained our needs, wants and budget Alex searched his extensive inventory and found just the vehicle that fit our needs perfectly. Alex oversaw the entire process and ensured we were more than satisfied to the very end. Upon arriving, a salesperson assured us they had a suitable car available. We took a test drive, and my mom instantly fell in love with the vehicle. However, when we sat down to discuss pricing, the cost skyrocketed with financing, and nothing was adequately explained. It all felt rather shady. We decided to leave to think it over, but they seemed reluctant to let us go. They promised a better deal, which was tempting. They handed us a stack of papers, took our down payment, but then informed us that we couldn't take the car because the insurance office was closed. My mom and I spent five grueling hours there, without food or any real progress. It was all about promises of a great deal. Disheartened, we left empty-handed. The next day, we received a text saying they needed more time to process things, and we reluctantly agreed. The following day, when we reached out to them, they didn't even bother to reply. It felt like they were looking down on us, as if we didn't deserve their attention. The lack of professionalism was staggering. In a last-ditch effort, my mom and I returned to the dealership, only to be told they needed more time and offered us a completely different car with higher interest rates. It seemed like they had sold the initial car and were trying to convince us to settle for something far less appealing. If you're seeking a good deal and professionalism, I strongly advise against going there. We left the place feeling utterly empty-handed. More
