It is rare that a Car Sales Person surprises me, but Alex's knowledge of the features of the Rogue, especially the differences in the Premier trim was superior. Just as important, he knew how to activa Alex's knowledge of the features of the Rogue, especially the differences in the Premier trim was superior. Just as important, he knew how to activate or demonstrate a feature without fumbling around trying to find the right menu/options as often happens. Demonstrating the features on the Premier Trim, not found in lower trims, helped make our decision without spending more time evaluating competing options. This was our first experience with Alex after our long time Sales Rep left the dealership and hope to work with him again......in three years. We appreciated Shane's personal involvement in making sure we found the right vehicle for our needs, and highlighting the +/- between lease incentives and purchase incentives, as well as confirming that a suitable hitch was in-stock and could be installed even though it was the Fourth of July holiday weekend; above and beyond expectations. Sorry we screwed up the Red White & Blue out-front picture by purchasing the Blue Rogue. We are long time customers of EPN and it is worth the 40 minute drive past three other Nissan dealerships. More

Alex used all kinds of ways to ensure that I understood everything about the car and the process. Very impressed with his use of technology. And also his use of many forms of teaching...visual, audible, ta everything about the car and the process. Very impressed with his use of technology. And also his use of many forms of teaching...visual, audible, tactile. He connected my phone to the car. He had videos on a tablet to watch re: technology available on the car, print outs of trade in values on my old car, printouts of add on choices available, etc. He verbally went thru the car technology whilst also showing it to me. I liked the way he used many forms of teaching so that all kinds of learners would have a chance to 'get' the information. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. He acted like he had all the time in the world to answer my questions . At no time was there any pressure to purchase anything or any sort of upsell. I appreciated that he walked me through the physical building, showing me where service was and introducing me to one of the consultants. Marcus Bailey, in finance, was equally wonderful. He carefully walked through the options, making sure that I understood them. He also had all kinds of technology available for me to use during the process. I really liked the tablet that he had where I could slide options into and out of the agreement to see how it would impact the financial aspect. More
