made appointment at Findlay Honda for 12 noon. Expecting to be first inline since I had an appointment! | Showed up at 1150 am The service director informed me the service would take approximately Expecting to be first inline since I had an appointment! | Showed up at 1150 am The service director informed me the service would take approximately 1.5 hours. Hold the Phone! So from 1150 am I waited till 1: 30 pm to check on my car. They informed me they were still working on my car! So I looked out side and the car was still in the same spot I left it in. So went back to the service department to inquire about how my car was coming along! At this point he informed me it would be another 15 mins...... So I went back again at 2:30 pm they had just pulled the car into the service bay........ So after another hour went by so about 3:20 pm the car was finally ready! I had also informed the service director that I had another appointment scheduled that day for 3:pm. he said not a problem! Well it was a big problem! I was late for my dental appointment! That I had waited two weeks to get! So on my way out of the dealership I asked the service director what good are service appointments? He informed me that the appointments were for the dealerships benefit to see how much work was coming in that day! And I always thought Customer service was their priority! Not so! They're time is more important than the customers so keep that in mind if schedule and appointment! I feel the ( My time ) customers time is just as important as the dealerships time! I purchased an extended service contract when I bought my"NEW"2024 Honda Civic sport and I am seriously considering canceling this contract! Also I think I should mention they always ask if I speak English? Words are not enough to describe my frustration with Findlay Honda! Most Respectfully To Whom it may concern……. More

My service advisor was very professional, courteous and helpful. A 10 in all customer service areas. He explained everything and was surprisingly done before the estimated time frame. Nice touch providin helpful. A 10 in all customer service areas. He explained everything and was surprisingly done before the estimated time frame. Nice touch providing complimentary sliders and fries. More
