When I got there for a scheduled appointment the first thing I was told was that they might not be able to finish today (the job took an hour). Fortunately 2 hours later, my car was done. I dropped my car off in the am (scheduled appt); my car was never looked at. Sunroof was broken then and continues to be broken now.
