I made an appointment with Alex. He saw me 15 minutes early. He spent the entire day with me. He was professional and courteous. He knew his inventory and answered any questions I had. He spent a good deal of time with me accessing a coupon on line . When we decided on our vehicle we moved to finance. Again couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paperwork went smoothly and efficiently. Alex delivered my car and explained everything thoroughly. Alex helped me download the GM app and showed me how to use it, I had over 38,000 points from my previous car! He told me to call him with any questions I might have. Best car experience I’ve had! More
