Very deceptive, terrible finance team. Spot loans. I would never in my life do business with Santa Paula Chevrolet again, nor recommend anyone. What they did is called a spot loan scam. The finance man I would never in my life do business with Santa Paula Chevrolet again, nor recommend anyone. What they did is called a spot loan scam. The finance manager Jose sat down with me, signed the full contract on a new 2016 Malibu and congratulated me on my new purchase. Low and behold there was never a lien holder backing this . 2 days later the salesman Alex called me and said I need a cosigner or more money down. Long story short they forfeited our deal and I returned the car and picked up my trade in. Very rookie move on the finance departments end. More
