Alex from finance helped me a lot and got me a great rate on my loan. Alex 5/5 great guy! Roger from maintenance was rude. my AC in my Cross was not working and he tried to gaslight me insisting my AC worked when it did not. I asked him to have somebody look at it and he told me “it was a waste of time”. Further, he was trying to convince me that the AC compressor on my car wouldn’t make a noise because when it kicks on because of “new technology”. That is an absolute lie. I drove that car for 28000 miles and I know that the compressor makes a noise when it comes on. All cars do including my new Camry. I also notice the RPM slightly goes up when it’s the AC is on which I did not see in this circumstance. I’m not too sure what his thinking and qualifications are to work in a service department. Roger 0/5 stars, not a good guy. Get him some professional help! Overall great sales experience but your maintenance guy was not very good. Get him help. More
