They do incomplete or sloppy work every time I take my car in anything other than a simple oil change. I left my car for repairs for most of the day-picked it up, drove home and I still got the same error car in anything other than a simple oil change. Good front desk service but sloppy and negligent shop work - I don't know who did it. The techs forgot to reset the tire pressure monitor system to get rid of the warning light after rotating the tires work - I don't know who did it. The techs forgot to reset the tire pressure monitor system to get rid of the warning light after rotating the tires with the oil change; not a big deal because I would have checked the tire pressure anyway. They also did a transmission service a few days later and apparently dragged a greasy mat or hose over the trunk of the car, leaving some grease smears on the back window and on the trunk. On the trunk, the smears on the edge of the trunk came off but did leave some small scratches in the white paint. I will definitely shop around for the next service in Ogden. More
