Even though I bought a used truck from a different company he was able to answer all my questions about operations of the truck. This was a no pressure deal. In fact I test drove the truck one week and came back and bought it the next. No harassing phone calls. When I was ready we made the deal and I feel it was a great deal for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Ford of Upland and its employees. Even the warranty representative had my back and offered me a better deal by extending the warranty for two additional years.deal even after the deal was done. To top it off the paperwork and the truck delivered it to my home. Exceptional service from beginning to end. More
