Working with Cadillac Marin has been a stellar experience. My Sales reps Alex, Tony, & Victor (Mgr) worked closely together to put together a deal that made sense for all parties involved. I enjoyed their "singular" point of contact model vs having to go talk to a "finance manager." after the initial deal was done. Being that I did not live locally, they made the process smooth. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. They are a "newer" dealership working through some of the operational kinks, but nothing major at all. They worked hard to make some of those "kinks" that came up smooth out. I've been buying/selling cars for years and working with Alex as my primary contact. You can tell he has pro-level experience. One area for improvement would be better vehicle details for delivery. However, the vehicle was clean; I would expect a luxury brand to fully detail a new car, as there were parts of the interior and exterior that could have used "more love." I would go back and procure another vehicle from them! Overall, my experience is a solid 90/100 overall. More
