We worked with Alex from the start, who acted with clear integrity and professionalism to get our new leased Lyriq. He was patiently responsive and accessible, answering all of our many questions through multiple phone calls, text chains, and emails -- and that was before we even got to the dealership! We were made to feel welcome by the entire staff at the dealership, with it being clear that leadership at Marin prioritizes the customer experience. Alex was upfront and got us a number of rebates that we didn't even know to ask about. We had worked with five different Cadillac dealerships and sales people in the Bay Area before meeting Alex, and right away, we were put at ease. Alex struck us as honest, diligent, and trustworthy. We were able to trade in our vehicle without any issue and Alex made it simple for us. We even accidentally left our charger at the dealership, and Alex shipped it to us, saving us the trip up to Marin. Going forward, as long as Alex is available, we plan to keep working with him for any new leases and/or purchases and will be recommending him to everyone! More
