1st person I met with the week prior to purchase was no longer employed at time of purchase. I never met with Orlando Sanchez, cannot rate. Mariana was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She showed me many of the features, info overload, I don't remember some of it. Still learning the car. Had little interaction with Alex Ornelas at my 1st visit to the dealership. Wished I had financed with a local bank, impossible to coordinate with GM Financial to register my account. Customer service closes prior to 4pm AZ time. I see more problems down the road if I have to communicate. Car had 2000+ miles at time of purchase. Advised GM was driving the car. Hitch cover fell off within the first few days. Didn't get to look and see if there were any hitch marks showing usage before the associate reinstalled cover. Can't believe it would just fall off if it wasn't removed prior and re-installed poorly. I need to come back in. A lot of information in a short amount of time and I do not see a lot of the features shown on date of purchase. Should provide a hard copy manual. Should not have to rely on internet to view the manual. What if I am cross country and have no internet access. For the price of the car, the least Chevy can do is provide a $80 Manual plus shipping. Can't drive with sunroof fully open, get that thundering wind sound that kills your ears. I purchased from Midway, because they were the only dealer with the model I wanted. Plan to do my service at the Arrowhead, closer to my home.. More
