My experience with Covert started well but after the sales process I have a sour opinion. I was sold a 2022 QX80. I did receive very good customer service; however, I was under the impression that a tho sales process I have a sour opinion. I was sold a 2022 QX80. I did receive very good customer service; however, I was under the impression that a thorough inspection was performed by Covert. Shortly after I purchased the SUV a sensor light came on. I took it to Infinity they did an inspection and discovered rear brakes were bad and needed replacement. I spoke with Alex and was informed that Covert would not cover new brakes bc it fell within TX safety guidelines. This didn’t sit well with me. So, I probably deal with any Covert again. Also, the car wasn’t detailed properly. Vehicle has hard water stains on windows which I have to get removed. - Garcia Johnson 757-750-7116 More
