This is third outback. Enjoyed the in-person session of orienting to the used of my new Outback. I am so lucky that I got Jacob as the sales consultant for decision making on my new 2024 Subaru Outback. He is such a good listener, making me feel heard. Jacob guided me through the process, asking cl for decision making on my new 2024 Subaru Outback. He is such a good listener, making me feel heard. Jacob guided me through the process, asking clarifying questions and answering my concerns. He is a very good communicator and followed up appropriately every step of the way. This was a big step up for me, as I traded in a 22 year old car. As an older person and a woman, I appreciated being taken seriously and being heard as I communicated my decisions. There was absolutely no pressure at any point from test drive to signing the deal. I think Jacob is way above average in today's customer service world. Alex was very helpful with the follow-up for Q and A after I bought my new Subaru Outback. He listened to my various questions, and provided answers in terms that I could easily understand. He normalized what was confusing for me, so I never felt stupid about lack of experience with new car technology. From the beginning of the session, I felt heard and felt reassured as I continued this steep learning curve with my first new car after 22 years. It is wonderful to know I can contact him in the future if I get stuck. More
