I can honestly say this was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! The team works together like a well oiled machine, which made me feel more relaxed during the whole process. I had purchased a vehicle which they were still servicing, so they gave me a loaner. To me, it's crucial that dealerships offer great services like this. The loaner(Audi) was so amazing that I ended up canceling the original vehicle purchase and purchased an Audi instead. My sales rep Alex was outstanding in so many ways, he made my experience that much better. The finance rep, Nick, was a pleasure to work with and made the whole documentation process seamless. The sales manager, Eric, made the overall process flow smoothly and in a timely manner. They showed me the inspection/maintenace they did on my vehicle, AWESOME! As easy as it is these days for negative experiences to occur, I want to make sure and share the great job they did....KUDOS!!!
