Alex is very rude, and they clearly don’t care about customers. Their finance people must suck in negotiating because other Honda dealerships run circles around this one. Two years ago: I drove two hours here because I was told the dealership could work with me. When I got there, it was a totally different story. It just seems they do anything to get you in the door. Highly disappointed. My sales rep wasn’t that nice either, I could tell he was ready to just leave and only there for a paycheck. I probably won’t give this dealership another chance. More

I bought my car from Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge. I live over an hour away from the dealership, but they had what I wanted. I first corresponded with the internet manager, Alex. He reached out to me after I submitted an online inquiry. He confirmed the vehicles were on the lot. Once I arrived, I met Phillip, my sales person. I told him about the cars I was interested in and he took me to see them. I really liked the vehicle. I had my own financing but Ahmad, sales manager, came over to introduce himself and discuss the numbers with us. He was professional, pleasant, and really fair on the price (especially in the current climate with a chip shortage and a limited number of new cars). He made sure that we were taken care of. He introduced us to Larry. Larry is a finance rep. He made sure that we were getting the best deal (i was using my own financing). He explained all of the optional items , went through all of the paperwork, and wasnt irritated that we changed the title information the next day and had to redo the paperwork. There was an issue with the network at my bank which prevented them from printing my check. The entire team was super patient and we made sure that we communicated any updates. When we came to pick up the car, Phillip sat in the car with us and helped us to get acclimated to the features of the car and showed us how everything worked. He was patient and detailed. We had such a positive experience, we would have no problem coming that far in the future to purchase another car from them. They are a great example of a professional, fair, customer service focused dealership. Make sure to ask for Phillip or Ahmad. They will take care if you Dee More
