I brought my car in today for a routine checkup. Prior to my visit. I called and spoke with the service advisor, Alex Kniazuk. Over the phone, he was very professional, very polite, and most of all, very accommodating. He fit me into the busy service schedule the same day I called. This is simply something you don't experience often. When I arrived, I met with Alex Kniazuk, and he was just as professional and courteous as he had been over the phone. Needless to say, I was not surprised because when I spoke with him over the phone, his kind and professional demeanor suggested that he would be that way when we met with each other later that morning. The service I requested was done, and I'm very pleased with the high level of attention Alex Kniazuk gave me during my visit. And the outstanding work done to my vehicle. Just as Alex had promised me. Please let Alex know that I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the work performed on my vehicle. This is why I continue to have my vehicle serviced by Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz in Newport Beach. More specifically, I will continue to have Alex Kniazuk as my preferred service advisor. My Fletcher Jones Service Advisor, Alex Kniazuk, is the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with. I am very surprised that Alex has not already been promoted to Service Manager.
