Seems after you make a purchase the dealership disregards you when there is a issue that you find after the initial purchase. I have been waiting for a return call from the service agent about my issue and h you when there is a issue that you find after the initial purchase. So to me a organization should always keep their customer service role even after the vehicle has been purchased. Try to keep everyone happy if possible. Doing that would make the customer come back everytime to purchase car for there 4 kids wife etc. But when placed on the back burner you will move on and hopefully find a dealership that wants to keep your business. More
