Great Price - Low Pressure I requested an "Out the Door" quote on a 2019 RDX from all four Acura dealers in Arizona. Acura of Peoria was the first to respond, and had the lowest I requested an "Out the Door" quote on a 2019 RDX from all four Acura dealers in Arizona. Acura of Peoria was the first to respond, and had the lowest price by thousands of dollars! I ordered the vehicle that afternoon (wanted the Canyon Bronze, very rare apparently) and prepared to wait about eight weeks. Three days later, Alex emailed me and informed me that my car was there! Paul had done some research and found the car at another dealer, with whom he did a trade. The car had a few accessories I had not asked for; there was never a suggestion I would need to pay for these unwanted items. This was the best car purchase experience ever! Highly recommended. More

Caring even After the Sale It has been 3 weeks since we purchased our Acura TLZ at this Dealership with the help of "Superstar", Alex Gonzalez. Aside from the "outstanding know It has been 3 weeks since we purchased our Acura TLZ at this Dealership with the help of "Superstar", Alex Gonzalez. Aside from the "outstanding knowledge, patience, and no pressure personality" in shopping for a car, the care and concern doesn't end once you've driven off the lot. I decided to have an improvement done to the car and contacted Alex for a recommendation for the work. He told me they have a specialist come into the dealership one day a week, and arranged for an appointment. Aside from escorting my wife to the Service Department and explaining what needed to be done, he made sure it was done in a timely manner since she was waiting for the car. Lastly, once the work was completed, Alex mentioned to my wife that a service person noticed the "low battery" alert regarding her key fob transmitter, so Alex not only replaced the battery for her, but sent an extra battery home for myself since both are close to the same "battery age." This is one super service dealership with totally OUTSTANDING Customer Service...even After the Sale. More

I set up an appointment on a Saturday and went for a few test drives with Alex. He was very knowledgeable about the TLX & RDX and it was a low-pressure experience. Steve & Alex followed up via email, answered my questions and I stopped back in last night. The car I was interested in was waiting for me and we did a quick test drive, negotiated the price and I was on my way with my new car in less than 2 hours! Ray made the finance process easy as well. We met with Alex and he walked us through the history of the vehicle and the current condition. After going on a test drive, we knew that this was not the vehicle for us because of it’s current condition. We mentioned to Alex that we were open to leasing but didn’t understand how it worked. Alex jumped right in to answer all of our questions and did a great job explaining the benefits of leasing for people like my wife and I. After looking at the 2018 MDX’s, we found the one we really wanted and Alex made it happen. Working with his superviser, Alex made the deal we wanted become a reality.
