Ours was an ordered car and when it came in we were on vacation and he immediately sent pictures to us knowing how excited we were. He made sure all the options we ordered were installed and It was ready and waiting for us as soon as we returned home. He went out of his way to make us feel special. Alex and I starting talking about three months ago and we immediately got the impression that he (and Acura of Peoria) wanted our business. Joni and I want to give a big thanks to Alex Gonzalez,Steve Hoffman and Ben Quail. And the gentleman (Steven) who gave us a post sale “tour” of all the features on our new MDX, but he was phenomenal!
