I bought a new sportage in April. They gave me the wrong 2nd key fob for my vehicle I have repeatedly called and emailed them. It was supposed to be mailed to me in april. When I ca They gave me the wrong 2nd key fob for my vehicle I have repeatedly called and emailed them. It was supposed to be mailed to me in april. When I call, someone is always going to check on it and get back to me. They never do. Nobody returns my calls. They text asking when a good time would be to call, I reply and still never get a response. I do not live close to the dealership and do not want to drive all the way there and probably still not have a key or an explaination. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a new car.
