the worst dealer experience i have ever had regarding normal maintenance. I come in for a routine oil change that i already pre paid for....upsell big time on filters....i said ok....save some time doin normal maintenance. I am BEYOND GRATEFUL that I went with Suburban Toyota of Troy. I was treated with the utmost respect, and every single question I had (and don't worry - I had TONS) were answered. I definitely felt very confident in how to use every feature before I drove off the lot with my new vehicle. Monica was easey to work with, informative, and kind. She sent me several helpful tips and videos for my new car and the dash camera it came with. She also explained how the Infotainment worked and the various options it had. Working with Monica was a complete joy, and she made my experience seamless and amazing! If she didn't have an answer to a question of mine, she made sure I received one ASAP. I was so gratedful for the opportunity to speak with specialists at the Suburban Toyota of Troy Dealership for the specific questions I had. Rob Stunda helped me understood how to get to the spare tire and how to use the remote start that was installed. Thank you! I thought I was going to have to crawl under the car to access it - but now I'm knowledgable so if and when I need the spare tire, I will be able to use it. Alex DeDeyne went above and beyond answering all my questions in minute detail. This is my first 4WD car, so I wanted to make sure I knew how to use all the drive modes my TRD Off Road featured. Never having even used 4WD before, I had no idea you could switch it from 2WD to 4WD while the car was in motion! I feel so much more confident in being able to handle all road situations that might come my way. Alex also took the time to demonstrate and answer all questions on other features included on the steering wheel and within the instrument panel. My main feature questions for Alex involved the rear electrical outlets. I have a Dometic CFX (which can be plugged into a regular plug or a 12V - both included in the trunk area of my 4Runner) so some of the important answers I needed were in reference to turning the outlets on, and if they are active when the car is off. I'm confident I will not ruin any of my perishables on road trips since I now know the car has to be on or in accessories mode to have power to all electrical outlets. I really appreciate the time and effort that was made by everyone involved. My experience with Suburban Toyota of Troy was more than I ever expected. Thank you again to Monica, Alex, and Rob! You guys are the best!!! More
