Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. I pointed it out to Alex and he said "oh wow I wonder where that came from" and that is it. This is a brand new car. Very disappointed that he didn't offer to have it fixed for us. Also, we waited an incredibly long time to sign financing papers at the dealership. More
