I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alex at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. He is truly the best and an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. He is truly the best and an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he has also helped me out of a couple of emergency situations with such calm and efficiency that I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I had the pleasure of doing business with Darnel Bowens while purchasing my Mercedes A Class 220. Darnel made the entire purchasing event easy and offered me a fair deal on my trade . My Service Advisor Alex Clothier brilliantly handled my 86,000 mile front brake replacement for my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB! He ensured that the front brake pads, front disc, and front rotors were replaced a 86,000 mile front brake replacement for my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB! He ensured that the front brake pads, front disc, and front rotors were replaced and now my car stops like a dream again and I do not have to worry! The service shop did not have all of the parts on hand, so Alex put me in a brand new Black on Black 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB with only 13 miles on it and he said "You keep the car over the weekend and enjoy yourself!" This is the type of service that people dream about from other car companies! I have become uncustomed with this type of excellent service on my car thanks to Alex! More

For the First time ever today I showed up at 07:30am at the Mercedes-Benz Service Center in Annapolis playing offense because my front brakes started to make noise and I was definitely concerned. I definit the Mercedes-Benz Service Center in Annapolis playing offense because my front brakes started to make noise and I was definitely concerned. I definitely surprised my Service advisor Alex Clothier who was like "What are you doing here, what's going on" because 99% of the time they are used to calling You! I explained to him the brake noise and he was ready to get me in right then and there but I did not drive my 2020 Mercedes GLB there. Alex promptly scheduled me for service in February and I am now good to go! And not once did I even mention to schedule me for a loaner because this is not his first rodeo with me, it was already done like he was a magician or something! More
