When I first met him he said I needed to be patient with him because he was working by himself today. He wanted to debate me on Experian Fico scores. He also wanted to argue with me over paperwork. I had to call my best friend who owns a GM and Cadillac dealership where I recently purchased a new Z06 to the correct information and provide the correct interpretation of the documents in question. There were problems with the initial lease deal terms that got worked out eventually by Atli and not Alex. The entire experience with Alex was very poor. He has no interpersonal skills and lacks any self awareness. If I would have to deal with him again I would take my business elsewhere. More
