Ended up Purchasing a New Honda Odyssey Van trading in my Old Odyssey Van along with Brought old Odyssey Van into Service Department for a New Key. In the negotiations, the Sales Manager promised to reimburse the cost of key replacement on the Odyssey trade-in. He has ignored all communication and not followed through with the agreement. What a great experience all the way from beginning to end. While we waited we started looking at CRVs and were greeted by Alex Bauer who was equally accommodating and pleasant. We asked a few questions and were so impressed- he knew everything about the car inside and out every feature was explained. Not pushy just informative. He gave us information. And we left. We both commented that Honda of Ocala was by far the best dealership we have ever been to. We certainly would recommend it to anyone. Alex was wonderful. More

Alex was very helpful and assured us that he would do everything in his power to put me in a new car -- and he did not disappoint. He was not aggressive in his technique, and by the end of our visit I was more than satisfied that he had given us a great deal. I have been turned off in the past by dealerships who take hours to actually "sell" the car, only to hand you over to the "financial" person so negotiate a good price, which adds additional hours of negotiation. Overall, this car-buying experience was painless, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good car at a good price. More
