However, my recent experience First I would like to say that one of my least favorite experiences over the years is buying/leasing a new or used car. However, my recent experience with Alex Bowers at Honda of Ocala was not only "painless" but actually enjoyable. We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter and had narrowed it down to a Mazda CX-5 or a Honda CR-V. After going to both the Mazda and Honda dealerships and test driving both vehicles (several times), we still couldn't decide which would be best for our daughter (both being excellent cars). In the end, it really came down to Alex's representation and in depth knowledge of the Honda CR-V that convinced us that it was the car that would best fit our daughter's needs. Alex is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the Honda's capabilities and was able to convey that information to us and more importantly, to our teeanage daughter. Alex was a pleasure to work with and when I am in the market for a new or used vehicle in the future, I will definitely contact him before going anywhere else. Quickest lease process I had an appointment with Alex at 2:00 pm. He was ready when I arrived. We chatted about what I was looking for. Inspected my current vehicle and took I had an appointment with Alex at 2:00 pm. He was ready when I arrived. We chatted about what I was looking for. Inspected my current vehicle and took a test drive. The new lease price was a tad higher than I wanted, but acceptable. The paper processing took about an hour. I was on my way home in a new Honda Civic a little after 6:00. All in all a good experience. More

MY EXPERIENCE AT OCALA HONDA WAS SUPERLATIVE I was lucky enough to encounter Alex Bowers as soon as I inquired about a new car. Alex was unbelievable knowledgeable, a good listener, polite and he I was lucky enough to encounter Alex Bowers as soon as I inquired about a new car. Alex was unbelievable knowledgeable, a good listener, polite and helpful. He spent a lot of time with me, and immediately suggested a Honda FIT when I told him what I was looking for. I have just moved to FL from New York City, and this would be my first car purchase. I was driving a rented Nissan Rogue, and it was "too much car" for me. He explained all the safety features, which were very important to me, and then we test drove a 2018 FIT XL-E, which I loved. After a couple of days of thinking and researching, I returned to Ocala Honda. Although I had contacted Honda in Leesburg, which had a larger inventory of FITs, I really wanted to give my business to Alex and the staff of Ocala Honda. My aunt and uncle, who live here, and have bought three cars from them, raved about the service. They exceeded my expectations, and we were able to work out a deal that I could afford for my new, and FIRST car! Thank you Alex, and entire staff at Honda of Ocala. They are the BEST! More
