We had a great experience at Royal Moore in Hillsboro. The team was patient and flexible with our timing in needs. The customer service was very considerate and went above and beyond. He helped us arrange a tow of our old vehicle to the dealership, and helped share quotes and estimates in advance. Our car purchase took a few weeks to complete from start to finish, but we didn't feel like Royal Moore was ever pushy or rushed us. We were in and out with a new car in just a few hours. Totally worth the day, and we walked out happy with our price and interaction with the team. 100% would shop there again! More

My wife and I bought a new Subaru on March 1, 2025. TJ was a real pleasure, authentic to his bones. Yes, he was doing his job to complete the sale and maximize the return for Royal Moore, but that's TJ was a real pleasure, authentic to his bones. Yes, he was doing his job to complete the sale and maximize the return for Royal Moore, but that's not what I'm trying to share here. No pressure at all, just straight talk about why we might choose different options depending on our future needs. He also later helped me with a second copy of documentations that went astray on my end. All while being genuine cheerful and with a generous sense of humor. We came to the right dealership for our Subaru, 60 miles away, even though we had a nearby one that we had visited only 10 miles away. Also a strong compliment to Alex who was our initial customer service rep. More

It started off great showed us some cars of the model we wanted at first but he kept pushing the prices and asking to add different coverages after I declined a couple of times and was not able to answer qu wanted at first but he kept pushing the prices and asking to add different coverages after I declined a couple of times and was not able to answer questions I had about the vehicle which I felt was concerning. I now see here on the website he’s been working for about a year and a half I would’ve sworn the way he spoke to us and about the cars he was new and just starting which definitely impacted my wife’s and I decision about purchasing.I also left my wife for a couple of minutes while I went to the bathroom. She let me know he wasn’t very comfortable to be around and made comments not sure if he was just trying to be more social, definitely didn’t seem that way from her body language when I came back though.Her and I sensed the interaction was just not going anywhere so we decided to leave. Would’ve appreciated if he was more concerned of our needs and not trying to sell us something newer or a different model and was more professionally spoken. More
