We purchased from out of state, and he even picked us up at the train station — such a kind gesture. Ed was honest, easy to talk to, and never pushy. The dealership itself felt professional and calm, which really added to the positive experience. One thing that really stood out was how warmly he welcomed my daughter, who would be the primary driver. He made sure she was the one to set up her phone and tech systems in the car and treated her as the true customer, not just a tag-along. I deeply appreciated how he saw and valued her throughout the process. We left feeling confident, respected, and completely comfortable with our decision. Truly a great experience from start to finish! More
