After 6 visits to the lot over a window that shutters when rolling down on my 6 month old Tacoma, they say that they can do nothing. 3 times, they told me it was fixed (or they cannot duplicate the issue when rolling down on my 6 month old Tacoma, they say that they can do nothing. 3 times, they told me it was fixed (or they cannot duplicate the issue) when it is still not working correctly. Two of those times, including last Saturday, the window shuttered while rolling down while I was still on the lot. Both of those times, I called out service advisors to observe the persistent issue. Last Saturday the service advisor even recorded the issue on his phone. I thought carmakers were required to honor the warranties that their vehicles come with. Also, how is it possible for a team of technicians and the service manager to be unable to duplicate an issue that I can show them persists before I even drive the vehicle off of the lot? Then, they report to Toyota that they cannot duplicate the problem so Toyota is leaving me high and dry. This is very disappointing. I love the truck and do not think expecting it to work properly is too much to ask for. I am not happy being blown off by those tasked with ensuring the vehicles they service function properly, which has now happened several times. More

I purchased my first Toyota here, and I am very satisfied, with both the sales person Aaron and the service person Elizabeth, they were excellent, the only thing what I didn't like very much was th satisfied, with both the sales person Aaron and the service person Elizabeth, they were excellent, the only thing what I didn't like very much was the waiting area when your car gets services, this was not what I expected from Toyota More
