Haha Poughkeepsie Nissan don’t get me started this place has the most rudest sales mangers. Disrespectful and this is a trash sale place. I lease a 2020 pathfinder and it was dirty and they were so rude abo has the most rudest sales mangers. Disrespectful and this is a trash sale place. I lease a 2020 pathfinder and it was dirty and they were so rude about the details of getting it showroom clean and spotless. Tell me they did all the could and me as a customer I’m to picky and all new vehicle have some form or defects or grime, which I disagree with. I believe a new vehicle 6 miles should be spot less and shiny white Pearl. They did tell me to take it back next day to do a deeper clean as they said they did and spots were still on exterior of vehicle as well as it look as thy wipe the interior on my vehicle with cooking oils half xxx and it even rune my wife shirt when she sat down in the seat. There sales manger was rude to me and there detailing center sucks they don’t pay attention to any small detail. Found out what on on my vehicle was rail dust rust and it had to be clay bar and wet sand out then a complete re detailing the right way. I’m a person who care for cars and vacuum and clean my vehicle every day DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM POUGHKEEPSIE NISSAN DO NOT DO NOT STAY AWAY THE SALES DEPARTMENT More

We all have had the horror experiences with dealers. The half-truths, the misleading and deceptive statements, the "creeping upward" monthly payment from original quote.... we all know that game. Here with Poughkeepsie Nissan, we have none of that. We have a team of dedicated, consumate professionals who have clearly been inspired to operate in a customer focused model and they do it extremely well. I had initially purchased a 2013 Altima that developed a transmission/tensioner/serpentine belt/alternator issue that even with Nissan Tech Line involvement, was unresolvable. These guys went so far outside of the normal "process" to try and help me and resolve the problem, that its hard to actually put it into words. They pushed hard at Nissan Support for resolution but unfortunately the hard work they put forth could not resolve the issue as Tech Support could not come up with a lasting solution. So, while the outcome with that car was not favorable, it does not detract from the diligence and professionalism of the Poughkeepsie Nissan team. The story gets better. When I was faced with fighting with Nissan for a buy-back of the vehicle or going Lemon Law with the car, These guys came up with a much better deal to get me into a different car! Sure, I took a $$ hit to some extent but the creative incentives that they applied to the problem was a FAR better solution than Lemon Law or Buy Back. Thank you Poughkeepsie Nissan for making a difference and for standing out in the crowd! More

Bought a preowned sentra in 2008 with a 100,000 mile warranty. They stood by it! At 96,000 I started burning oil-about a quart every 2000 miles. Worked with Alex Ahmed the service manager and Nissan pu warranty. They stood by it! At 96,000 I started burning oil-about a quart every 2000 miles.
