Sales people were great. Had to bring the vehicle back 2 days later because some plastic film was burning on the manifold. Vehicle prep missed that which was frustrating. 12-17-2024 we purchased a used vehicle over the phone from the salesman Jake. Jake was outstanding to work with and highly recommend him. Unfortunately, that was where the outstanding service was less th from the salesman Jake. Jake was outstanding to work with and highly recommend him. Unfortunately, that was where the outstanding service was less than stellar. 12-19-2024 We realized that we forgot to specify for the MN State Park license plate. Alend ran our Credit Card on the 19th for 75.00. NOTHING was mentioned about the paperwork to be signed by us. 1-2-2025 After multiple attempts of Alend stating Jake should be getting us the paperwork we finally obtained our purchase and warranty paperwork via email from Alend. 1-13-2025 a person of the law inquired about not having my plates yet. Everything was still in the previous owner's name. 1-24-25 We called the State of MN to inquire about where are plates were in the process. The State of MN had no record of this vehicle yet and encouraged us to call the dealer. 1-24-2025 11 am Corwin Honda was called and spoke to the title and licensing department. He stated they had not received the signed paperwork from us. I questioned what paperwork he was referring to. He stated we need to sign for the State of MN license plate. I asked when is that paperwork coming, we knew nothing about this. The guy from tax and title said that is the responsibility of your finance person. 1-24-2025 same call - I was routed to Alend, I said who I was and inquired about and asked what was going on. He said because we requested after the fact we wanted a different plate, that was holding things up and he would have to get with Tax and Title to get the paperwork we need to sign. I stated I paid you 75.00 on 12-19-2024 which is well over a month ago and I am now just finding out about a paper I was also supposed to sign. I asked what the time frame of this paper arriving to me would be. He stated that he was very busy in the office and did not know when it would go out. As a customer who already has a vehicle, I would think properly completing those sales 100% would be a top priority! Shame on this dealership for not completing all the appropriate steps promptly. As a customer, I should not have to follow up multiple times on documentation you are to complete and provide. Alend and the finance department have made my experience at Corwin Honda a 0. 2/13/2025 update: I have called and spoken with 3 different people to follow up. I received 1 doc via UPS overnight to sign and a paid UPS envelop to send signed document back. I signed and drove back to town immediately to have to go out and return to them the next A.M. delivery. A week almost went by when I called to follow up. They said either we have miss placed it or it never got to us. So they sent out the paperwork again. This time I got 3 papers to sign and send back, which I did. At this time I'm still waiting for my State Park Plate and super annoyed. I've been waiting to go the State Parks for a couple months now, hopeful they will come soon! More

I had a great experience working with Nic and the entire Corwin Honda team. I live in Lincoln, Nebraska but saw a great deal on a 2022 CR-V up in Fargo. I have purchased 5 new cars in my lifetime from different dealerships and this experience has been the worst. Our salesman, Gamma, was a nice guy but he didn’t know anything about the car he sold us and the dealerships and this experience has been the worst. Our salesman, Gamma, was a nice guy but he didn’t know anything about the car he sold us and the worst thing is I don’t think he cared or even tried. As soon as we drove out of the dealership he seemed to be done with us. I reached back a few times because our car was missing a few things and we didn’t get a walk around and his response was very delayed to the point that I ended up driving to the dealership and getting my answers from others. Justin was good to work with that is why I rated him higher. Currently I need to bring the car back in because the extra 3 lights when I press the brake do not work, even though we paid for it. We were never told about it until it was on our finance papers. I love the car, but the sales process was painful. I get that he was new but he sold cars at another dealership so you would think he knew more about the process and the car he was selling. Alend was great and helped answer some of our questions that weren’t even his area. More
