The sales manager was very condescending, let’s begin there. He had a very poor level of communication and sincerity to us as customers. Now let’s discuss the dealership trying to sell us a brand new 2026 vehicle with over 50 plus hood scratches and significant markings on front 2 fenders. The response was, we will fix it? What? This entire cancelled transaction was a complete disaster. The only thing we can say is Alex did his best despite the lack of management. We have purchased many cars in our lives and have never had such a horrific experience. We would never go back or recommend that dealership only that Alex did his best despite the inadequacies of management. More
