Alejandro was great. His knowledge of the Q5 was outstanding. No pressure but as we felt like he had our best interest in mind. Loved our experience. As a long time Audi driver, this experience was among the best we have had. Brian made the closing process so easy and quick. Was amazing. He was not a typical closing guy. He made us feel like he was in it for our best interest. He believed in all of the warranty products and explains the pros and cons with succinct ability. We will be back! More
